Skata is just a case file; as he decides to cause you a reason to laugh it out on his recently launched Shrine Hustle. This particular skit is titled BIG REQUEST, it features a fellow comic act "Bishop" who tries to Savage money out of shrine but Skata who's the Shrine priest, fantastically gave the response of unexpected.
