VINYL EMPIRE presents MOHAMMED BELLO KOLO, aka DJ ORACLE,  who hails from Niger State, Nigeria, but bred in Lagos in his first solo mixtape project.

He steps out with his last mixtape project for the year 2018, DJ ORACLE, who braced the disc jockey profession 8 years ago, said his  love Vector and good music in general inspired him on this project.

The mixtape is titled BEST OF VECTOR, it features materials VECTOR has been able to put out from the inception of his career as a musician till date.
